Refund policy

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. An unboxing video is mandatory to be eligible for any return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must provide an unboxing video clearly showing the condition of the product at the time of opening.

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns are only accepted if the product received is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Unusable

How to Start a Return

To begin the return process, contact us at pitaltamba.pr@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery. Please include:

  • Your order details

  • The unboxing video

  • A brief description of the issue

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you:

  • A return shipping label

  • Instructions on how and where to send your package

Note: Items sent back to us without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately with an unboxing video so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order once your return is approved.
